The Southern Sound Series is a series of four sailing races, one a month
The Series takes the racer over most of the scenic southern Puget Sound, from Olympia to Elliott Bay. It is one of the older series on the Puget Sound, having been raced yearly for over twenty-five years.
Members of any PIYA affiliated club are invited to come race with us.
Each race starts in a different location. Each is hosted by a different sailing club, except that the Toliva Shoal Race is hosted by two clubs. There is moorage is provide by the host. A pre or post race party is associated with each race.

I am one of the past owners of Loose Screw (Chattanooga Chew), when the boat was in Seattle. I am very interested in posting current and updated photos of the Ultimate 30's. I have been in contact with the current owners of Ziti, Flyer, Air Time (Spotsport) and Hyperion Software. I have sailed on all of them but Hyperion Software. If you have any questions about the Ultimate 30's feel free to email me. Paul James
